Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains what personal data KPIbara collects through kpibara.io, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to answer you and improve the site.
1. Who we are
KPIbara is a hospitality revenue-management and technology consultancy. For anything related to your data, write to info@kpibara.io.
2. What we collect
- Assessment / contact form: name, email, property type, current situation and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox through Formspree.
- Direct contact: whatever you share when you email us, book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics 4 records pseudonymous usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, the site you came from, and events such as starting or submitting the form. GA4 does not store full IP addresses.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
- Web fonts: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google to download them. No cookies are set.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

4. Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — only with your consent (analytics).
- To keep the site secure — our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that process data on our behalf: Formspree (form delivery), Google (Analytics, Fonts, email and calendar) and our web-hosting provider. Some of them process data in the United States or other countries; they rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. We may also disclose data if required by law.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together (then for the duration of the engagement and any legal accounting period).
- Analytics: according to our Google Analytics retention setting (maximum 14 months).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU GDPR, Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (ARCO rights) — you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@kpibara.io; we reply within 30 days or sooner where the law requires. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
8. Children
This site is intended for hotel owners and professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
